Avantiya Health, LLC is a limited liability company created in the State of Delaware. The objective of this company is to create a robust healthcare infrastructure for the development of health services in India. Among the services considered, Avantiya Health, LLC has decided to begin operations in India with a diagnostic reference laboratory in July 2008. Further discussions include creating a network of ambulatory outpatient pavilions in Tier 2 cities in India and eventually building an integrated health campus. Avantiya has entered into a partnership agreement with Polestar Laboratories and is looking at securing funding from venture capital groups, private equity groups and commercials loans to meet the objectives outlined in its broad proposal. In an effort to make it to market in a timely manner, Avantiya founders, Deven Parlikar and Milan Patel, frequently travel to Asia and generally make 6 to 8 trips annually, meeting with potential partners, investors and interested parties. They have also engaged a consultant to conduct a feasibility study for the many projects that fall within the purvey of Avantiya’s objectives. This document summarizes the activities currently undertaken by Avantiya Health, Inc. and outlines the broad strokes of each project with a funding summary, so that investors and interested parties have a better understanding of how Avantiya Health, LLC is positioned to revolutionalize healthcare in the Indian subcontinent. |
